The FBI Association of Intelligence Analysts is pleased to announce our new Chief Operating Officer, Sierra Stanczyk! We're confident Sierra's exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of the FBI AIA will propel our organization to new heights of success and growth.
Sierra currently serves as the Intelligence Operations Lead for PwC Global Threat Intelligence and is a strategic analyst covering a number of portfolios. Sierra joined PwC in 2021 after 12 years with the FBI, with her last year serving as FBI Philadelphia's Intelligence Program Coordinator.
She was previously the Supervisory Intelligence Analyst over the office's counterintelligence and cyber intelligence squad, and prior to Philadelphia, Sierra worked at FBI Headquarters with the Counterintelligence Division, Cyber Division and National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force, and the Directorate of Intelligence. While with the FBI, Sierra served as a collateral FBI Instructor for leadership, SIGINT, and intelligence, as well as the FBI's victim services fly team.
Sierra earned her bachelor's in international affairs from James Madison University and master's in cybersecurity from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
