Sarah is a Vice President for Citi’s Partnerships and Industry Engagement team within the Chief Information Security Office. In this capacity, Sarah is actively involved with financial services sector firms, US Government agencies, trade associations, think tanks, and non-profit organizations to improve cybersecurity information sharing and public-private collaboration.
Prior to joining Citigroup, Sarah was with the FBI for more than 13 years where she served as an Intelligence Analyst, Community Liaison, and Senior Partnerships Manager at the Office of Director National Intelligence. She worked in various roles managing strategies of multiple interagency intelligence, community outreach efforts, and international partner engagement. Sarah received the FBI Director’s Award for Outstanding Service in Diversity and Inclusion and the FBI’s Medal of Excellence for leading community outreach efforts. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from American University and a Bachelor’s from the University of Michigan. Sarah is an Iraqi Chaldean native and fluent Arabic speaker.
