The FBI Association of Intelligence Analysts (FBI AIA) and the Center for Cross-Sector Coordination (CXC) are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership grounded in a shared belief: navigating today’s complex security environment requires strong professional communities, trusted relationships, and the ability to connect intelligence with action.

The FBI AIA is dedicated to advancing the careers of Intelligence Analysts across the public and private sectors through mentoring, networking, and advocacy. Its members bring deep experience in intelligence analysis and now serve across industry, government, academia, and the nonprofit sector.

CXC complements that mission by bringing together leaders and experts from across critical infrastructure, industry, law enforcement, and government to strengthen coordination around shared security and resilience challenges. As an industry-led, multi-sector, and operationally focused organization, CXC works to build the awareness, relationships, tools, and collaborative mechanisms needed to address risks that increasingly cross organizational and sector boundaries.

Together, the organizations see an opportunity to connect people, intelligence, and action.

Through this partnership, the FBI AIA and CXC will look for opportunities to bring their respective communities together through programming, thought leadership, professional networking, expert exchanges, and conversations focused on the evolving risks facing organizations and critical infrastructure.

For the FBI AIA, the partnership also creates new opportunities to demonstrate the value intelligence professionals bring well beyond traditional national security environments. Intelligence Analysts are uniquely equipped to make sense of complex information, identify emerging risks, connect disparate signals, and help leaders make better-informed decisions. Connecting that expertise with CXC’s cross-sector community can help strengthen how organizations anticipate, understand, and respond to challenges that rarely fit neatly within a single sector or discipline.
